On Tues, Dec 6th I played a set at NYC’s exclusive Boom Boom Room (located on the 18th floor of The Standard Hotel) alongside DJ’s Sean Glass & Brendan Fallis. The room itself was beautiful with an amazing view of the city, and there weren’t that many people there.. The vibe was really laid back and musical and we had fun with it. This past September, 2011 Toronto celebrated the 5th anniversary of THE MANIFESTO. This is one of the most beautiful festivals to take place in the city; a true gathering of art, music, film, food, and culture.

This footage is from the ‘Live At The Square’ event on Sunday, Sept 25 at Dundas Square which I DJ’d.

Performers included 9th Wonder & Phonte, Zaki Ibrahim, Raekwon & JD Era, Rich Kidd, Kid Capri and Rakim, Freedom Writers, and many more..

On Friday Oct 28, I will be playing The Guvernment Complex for a huge special event ‘Monster Mash‘ – this will be the biggest Halloween event in the city on Friday night! Our residency continues on Saturday, Oct 29 inside The Guvernment for the annual Thriller event with 5000+ people each year. On Saturday, August 20th, my buddy Skratch Bastid (who just happens to be one of the best djs in the world) threw himself a birthday bbq at Toronto’s Steamwhistle Brewery. Although I had to leave early, I had a great time playing my set on this beautiful Toronto afternoon. Big shouts to DJ Starting From Scratch, Paul E. Lopes, and P-Plus who also played and for everyone who came through! Looking forward to next year.
