Just got word I’m going to be playing Universal Music’s official after-party for the Much Music Video Awards this Sunday in Toronto.. They have a lot of artists in town that night.. Below is a list of who you can expect there! Arrive early.. It’s going to be one of those nights..
Tonight, I’ll be at Dragonfly Nightclub [located inside Casino Niagara Fallsview Resort] for my monthly residency. This night is pretty crazy with about 1000+ people weekly!

Last weekend (May 28 - June 01), The Stylus Group held the 5th Annual Stylus Spinfest & DJ Awards. The weekend’s events & Monday’s award show brought together & celebrated the deejays, artists, producers, labels, and individuals who help shape and develop Canada’s urban music scene.
Last year I won ‘Canadian Club DJ of the Year’ and thanks to your support, I was nominated for 3 awards this year (Club DJ of the Year, Toronto DJ of the Year & Mixtape of the Year) & ended up taking home 2 - Toronto DJ of the Year & Mixtape of the Year! I suck terribly at acceptance speeches and never remember to say what I want or thank the people I want to, so here goes..

GIVE MONEY, MAKE CHANGE – PART 2 is an effort to raise enough funds to help keep The Remix Project alive and flourishing as well as to complete the renovations and set-up of the innovative and award-winning program’s fabulous new space.
Last year Remix launched it’s first ever-annual fund-raising campaign and raised $75,000. They are extremely thankful for everyone who has supported the project and believed in the importance of the work their organization does.
Thanks to all the supporters in 2009’s Give Money Make Change campaign Remix has found a beautiful new home in the heart of Toronto at 2 Pardee Ave. Suite 201. This year’s campaign will help renovate and set-up the facility which will include a recording studio, production room, video editing suite, photography studio, creative arts centre, board room and a business incubator.

TORONTO (June 1, 2010) – The New FLOW 93.5’s DJs, P-Plus, Wristpect and
Jester won a total of four awards at last night’s 2010 Stylus DJ Awards.
P-Plus won for Radio Mixshow DJ of the Year for the 2nd consecutive year and
new to the FLOW 93.5 family, Wristpect and Jester, won for Mixtape of the
Year (Wristpect), Toronto DJ of the Year (Wristpect), and College DJ of the
Year (Jester).
“It’s great to see so much talent in one room and I am especially proud of
all our DJs that were nominated and won awards,” says Wayne Williams, the
New FLOW 93.5’s Program Director. “I would like to congratulate our team
that continues to demonstrate their passion and dedication to their craft.”
P-Plus can be heard on the New FLOW 93.5 weekdays on the Midday Mix, noon -
1pm and Monday nights on the Real Frequency Show, 11pm – 1am. Mixtape DJ of
the Year and Toronto DJ of the Year, Wristpect, can be heard on the New FLOW
93.5 Saturdays from 9pm – 10pm on Mixology, alongside Ritz and College Radio
DJ of the Year, Jester.
The 2010 Stylus DJ Awards were held last night, May 31, 2010, at the Queen
Elizabeth Theatre in Toronto. Over 1000 guests gathered to celebrate and
honour the achievements of DJs and artists throughout the country.
On May 20 - 24, I was out in LA playing some dates in Hollywood w/ my dude Sir Lancelot. We were at Cabana Club on Thurs, Beachwood Fri, Marbella Sat, and Empire on Sunday! Big shouts out to the man DJ Mike Danger for everything as usual - he is that dude! Between the club gigs, we connected with DJ Skee at his studios, caught up with the homies at Orisue, went by Mad Lion’s studio, did some shopping and ate a lot of food.. Look out for Bridging The Gap: Toronto - LA.. It’s coming! I’ll also have a video from this tour put together soon, in the meantime here are some pics..
