On Tues, Dec 6th I played a set at NYC’s exclusive Boom Boom Room (located on the 18th floor of The Standard Hotel) alongside DJ’s Sean Glass & Brendan Fallis. The room itself was beautiful with an amazing view of the city, and there weren’t that many people there.. The vibe was really laid back and musical and we had fun with it. On Friday, Oct 28th 2011, myself and Sir Lancelot played ‘Monster Mash’ at The Guvernment!  This was the biggest Halloween party in the city of Toronto with over 5000+ people.. ANNOUNCING THE 2011 Stylus Award CHAMPIONS!

Toronto, ON – May 30, 2011. Following a spectacular show, artists and celebrities from across the nation gathered at the 2011 Stylus Awards sponsored by Pioneer DJ to honour the best in the biz. Hundreds of Canada’s supreme talent packed the Queen Elizabeth Theatre to celebrate the 20 presented awards.

Kicking off the evening in style, the red carpet was packed with the who’s who of the music industry. Guests mixed and mingled while enjoying a stupendous gift lounge created by VOCAB Communications. Host Trixx dazzled the crowd with his comedic whit as ecstatic nominees were called to the podium. Performers Reema Major (G7/Universal), JRDN (Kuya Productions), Rich Kidd (Ridgeway Entertainment Group), Danny Fernandes (CP Records/EMI) and Aleesia entertained audiences showcasing some of the finest musical artistry on the scene today. A special presentation tonight was the induction of Stylus Hall of Fame Canadian Hip Hop pioneers: Ron Nelson and Wesley “Maestro Fresh Wes” Williams.

Happy New Year’s to you and yours!! I’d like to thank everybody worldwide for all of your support throughout 2010.. It has been another great year and I am very excited to see what 2011 has in store! Myself, Sir Lancelot & DJ Tilt brought in the new year by smashing down The Liberty Grand in Toronto for the second year in a row.. While it is one of Canada’s biggest NYE events with 5000+ people, I was happy to be surrounded by close friends & my fiance.. I’ve spent every New Year’s Eve with my woman by my side since the year 2000 and I can’t believe a decade has flown by so quickly – I feel blessed to do what I love & to be surrounded by good people and good music every day!
